i am fixing to install shocks hoops on the rear of my truck and was wondering what is the measurement from the inside of the bed to the middle of the how that will be cut out? i know the hole is an 11x4 but im just not for sure how far in from the frame i will need to go.

I have a 4runner but should look close. I started the 11x4 holes about 2"s from the frame, then trimmed as needed. I used a small drill bit to mark the corners before I cut the hole... easy to weld up a 1/4" hole than patch the big one.
