Well I brought it home last sunday 12-27-2009. It had no engine, trans, or xfer case. But it did have a pristine interior, 1.5" motor mount lift, geared 4.56.

I began to mutilate it. I stripped the dash down completely, added my clutch pedal assembly, and my engine, transmission, and transfer case. Since it has a 2" body lift and 1.5" engine lift, I am planning on getting a budbuilt 1.5" lift crossmember. Heres the progress after 8 days.

And the pitiful little hole that I have to work in. I gotta get this thing runnin quick so my wife can have her parking spot back.

Yeah the pink valve cover has its small story. Look over at my build thread for my pickup. I cant get rid of the pink valve cover.

Yeah, I can drive it around the yard now. Still have to weld the core support back together and in to be able to put the cooling system back together. I have all the power window/locks/mirror wiring together. There is alot of small piddly crap to do. I did get this yesterday. 2" of drivetrain lift.

wiring = patience. Use alot of fuses when tracking circuits.

I ordered my 4.7 lowrange and lockright from ECGS yesterday. It looks like Im gonna have a Wrench-a-thon on Saturday. If anybody wants to come help, bring it. The to do list includes, finish wiring, fuel pump issue, 4.7 install, lockright install, redo lift.

I finished building my 4.7 xcase yesterday. Put it in and realized the shift rails are longer than my other case Evil or Very Mad Now I have to decide to do a topshift conversion or tear my original case down to get the shift rails.
