I am looking for some info about the 2wd toyota rear axles...

I know that the older trucks had 5x4.5 bolt pattern, ~60" WMS, and 4.10 gears iirc...

what years does this go through? Also, didnt they use a smaller gear set?

They use a 7.5" r&p and I 'm pretty sure it's the same ring and pinion used in the IFS 4x4 fronts 86-95. I believe most common ratio for the 2wd trucks was 3:90 or something close to that. 79-95 2wd diffs will interchange, I've got an 84 diff in my 95 2wd. The shafts and housing shouldn't be any different either.
