well we decided to take the eyesore out yesterday for a little shakedown run up at my shop in creedmoor. powerline trails and 4wheeler paths with some hill climbs, ruts, creek crossings, oh and mud Mad . we made it to the second creek crossing, and its usually no problem, but kyle fell into a hole (now known as "carl's honey hole"). had to walk about a mile back to get a mini excavator to pull him out. here's a bunch of pics of the drive from my shop through the woods on the mini ex and the recovery and a few video's of our stunts.

my truck and the machine

leaving the shop

down the path

through the field

into the woods

through the woods

across the creek

through the mud

through more woods

again

liftin' a track on some trees

finally made it to the powerlines

whats that... kyle the swamp ninja?!?!?

why yes it is kyle the swamp ninja!

the situation

the solution

carl's honey hole

the damage (I FREAKING HATE MUD!)

playing in some ruts

OMG, THAT IS AWESOME!!!!! I swear to God I'm not joking when I say this might be the best thread in the history of the NCTTORA forum. I was laughing out loud when I got to the swamp ninja sighting.

BTW, your post was cut off due to length. Do you have more to show us?

There is more to be shown. That hill i was climbing turned into a mess. I couldnt back down because my bumper was buried into the side of the ditch. I had to continue up the hill, over the trees, it was fun.

heres the link to the hill climb video

http://media.putfile.com/MOV00926

And after i got to the top of the hill, we just drove through the woods and came back out on the trail....the memory card was full, or there would have been more video.

http://media.putfile.com/MOV00928-32

I had to cross the creek again on the way back....got stuck again, got pulled out, then got stuck one more time before we got back...all in all a fun day.

Oh and to finally answer everyone's question......no it doesnt go that good in the mud Laughing

That's Carl's 3rd cousin on his dad's side "Carla" - he, well she, is 55% through the preparation for his, well her, sex change operation. Then there's Carl in the middle, Carl Jr up on the power line (he's always climbing around the house), Carlton in the red up front - he's always so fashionable, Carl Sr in the green at right (he looks fierce, but is only up front 'cause he was on his way back to the hauler to listen to the last of the race), that's Nate at the base of the power line - he dresses and looks just like Carl all the time (kinda wierd if you ask me), and finally that's Carlito in back...he's hanging a little too close to Carla, but there's always "that one" in every family.

Don't tell anyone I gave you this information - these Ninja warrior folks like to keep their anonymity.

Exactly. Kyle was driving when it should have been Carl. Smile
