Update on where this rig is now...

New owner, did the following:
-Warn hubs
-FabTech 6"lift
-New MTR's
-Prelude seats
-Canopy
-New fender seams to have been replaced (replacing the one that was crunched in at Mt.City, TN)

Honestly it looked better before the FabCrap kit. I would sell all of my vehicles to get that thing back here and SAS it like it deserved to be built.

The new owner seems like a nice guy. I asked him to feel free to take me wheeling, but he's never invited. I miss the hell out of the truck, especially when I am going backpacking and I need to get to the trailhead.

Oh well, Justin has seen most of these pics, just thought I'd give all an update.

Sad I hated the fab tech lift too, but I put a sh&%t load of money into that censored truck....

Had to buy new axles and long travl. cv boots" which now in all pro offroad 2011 calendar or 2010"...
had to replace most of the front end on it.
wanted to sas it to but right after i pull 6,000 for lift and 35's sky came out with sas kit then TG and it was my Daily D.
wheeled it at Browns camp it rocked, had to mod front bumper for a winch.
Then the gears in front diff locked up and exploaded lol another 1,400 later for new diff and gears(new diff cause pinon welded itself to diff Sad ) after all that it would be had to put another 6K for sas.....

Then the censored 5.0's(piggy's) pulled me over like every week b*tch about the height and every time pulled the book out, after the 6th time I had to sign a paper that i wouldn't drive it. or it would go to the inpound ...

so let let it go and now I hate myself for that cause I should have bought a car for a Daily D and mad the Taco my wheelier. but now I have a 86' sas and a 84' king cab with daul T's sitting on a STD cab frame on 37's....

Damn, thanks for the update. I never had any issues with ride height, but it was 3" shorter too I guess. Yeah the front end was done when I originally sold it. Pretty sure they took a lot of the stuff out of that truck before you bought it.

Even though I love my 4Runner- I still wish I would have kept the Tacoma. I should have at least waited a year and sold it to my brother and mate up the elocker fj80 front that Justin (UNBREAKABLE) sold me.

Any new info on the new owner or if it is on any offroad boards out here?

No updates from new owner, think he is long gone. Truck was all right the only thing good on the truck was the tubed bars front bumper was alright but I had to cut and weld a winch plate for a winch after 35's it needed 5.29's in it, had a E-locker for it. tranny wasn't great i did work to that too. It was a blood sweat and tear's working on that truck and it was rusty. I also had issues with the stereo wiring it was a mess.

Better off buying a DBL cab and sas it would be cooler. I now has a 97' Taco For sell $7,000 on seattle.craigslist.org with 0"-2.5" Bilstein 5100 struts new axles w/allpro LT cv boots 1" diff drop TG front bumper add-a-leaf rear blacked out rims wraped with new goodyears duratrec 33's sits nice, A 99 4runner 3.4L stock and a 86'sas 0n 35's and last a 84'extra cab on 85' std cab frame daul T's new irok 37's bobbed frt and rear........
