Rear disc conversion on 1st gen runner

when i got my 4runner and got it running i found out the rear brakes where junk and sealed together w/ rust. i blocked off the rear since i didnt want to do anything w/ it, but now that im lookin at 35s i need that extra stoping power back!!! i was lookin into the disc convertion and wanted to know where to go, and what to get. ive herd of using chevy stuff but what year do i look for and what about the rotors ext ext...

any ifo would be AWSOME!!!! Very Happy
